The client agrees that Tigerplum will carry out the work specified in the quotation supplied.
Invoices are payable within 28 days of completion of the project. Late payments will incur costs of 2.5%
per month.
In the event that the client fails to supply content necessary for completion of the project, Tigerplum may issue an invoice for work completed to date.
Any additional features or revisions which are not included in the proposal will be charged at an hourly rate
of £20.
Until full payment of the services, Tigerplum owns the copyright to all parts of the project. Once full payment has been received, then all parts of the project are the legal property of the client, and hard copies of all files can be supplied if requested.
All content for the project (text and images) is owned by the client or has been supplied with permission granted to the client from the copyright owner.
This agreement may be terminated by either Tigerplum or the client by providing written notice to the other party. Tigerplum will cease development of the project having been given notice by the client and will provide an invoice for all work completed up until that time. Normal invoice terms and conditions apply. The client will also be responsible for any third party costs incurred by Tigerplum prior to termination of the contract.
Tigerplum accepts no responsibility for content displayed on clients’ websites or printed media. Loss of income due to inaccurate information can not be claimed against Tigerplum. We advise clients to be diligent when supplying copy or photographs so that copyright laws are adhered to.
Design Credits

Tigerplums’ own website on the customer's website. This will usually be a small line of text placed towards the bottom of the page.
The customer also agrees to allow Tigerplum to place websites and other design material, along with a link
to the client's site on Tigerplums' own website for demonstration purposes and to use any designs in its
own publicity.
